TSC is treating Teachers as pack animals.More and more load.A whip here and there.One more load on senior school teachers on managing two education systems in one compound is already loaded on their back .This means teaching two schools with different curriculum, time and learning areas. They are expected to teach, mentor, counsel, supervise, and produce excellent results, all while carrying workloads that would exhaust even the most 'trusted' Muranga old Isuzu lorries.
