Why does Earthcare put customers first?
The answer goes back to the very beginning of our story.

01 | We started with confidence
🌟
When Earthcare was founded,
we believed that if we created products we truly believed in, customers would naturally choose them.
With that confidence, we built our own website and began selling ourproducts online.

02 | But passion alone wasn't enough.
Things didn't go the way we expected.
Our products weren't reaching enough customers, and the business entered a difficult period.
Looking back, we realized that we had been focused on what we believed was good,
without truly understanding the people we were creating our products for.

03 | Our customers gave us a reason to keep going.
When we honestly shared what Earthcare was going through, something unexpected happened.
Messages of encouragement began to arrive from our customers.
Their support meant more to us than we could have imagined and reminded us how important the connection with our customers truly is.

04 | That experience changed the way we think.
It taught us that creating good products is not enough.
We also need to listen, communicate, and understand what our customers truly need.
From that point on, putting our customers at the heart of what we do became an important part of Earthcare.

05 | And we still listen today👂
That mindset continues today.
Through Instagram Live, YouTube, and other opportunities to connect,
we keep listening to our customers, learning from their voices, and thinking about how Earthcare can serve them better.

We are deeply grateful to the customers who supported us during our difficult days
—and to everyone who continues to share their thoughts with us today.

At Earthcare, we believe in one simple principle:
to offer honest products, with integrity.

01｜Honesty comes first. 🤍

Before starting Earthcare, I worked in construction and later at a health-related product company.
Those experiences sometimes made me question whether customers were always being given the full picture. That led to one strong belief:

I never want to mislead our customers.

This principle still guides how we develop our skincare today.

02｜We research until we're sure. 🔍

We don't choose ingredients simply because they're trending or sound impressive. We look into the research, evidence, and expert opinions until we truly understand them. Sometimes I get so absorbed that I look at the clock and realize it's already past 3 a.m. 😅

03｜We don't start with a budget. ✨

Instead of deciding a budget first, we ask:
“What kind of product can we confidently offer our customers?”
We create samples, test them ourselves, and refine them again and again. Even the shortest development process can take two to three years.
If we still can't create something we truly believe in, we may decide not to launch it at all.

04｜We choose not to have our own factory. 🤝

Rather than limiting ourselves to one set of knowledge or technology, we work with multiple manufacturing partners, each with different expertise. What matters isn't being able to say,
“We make everything ourselves.”
It's creating the best product we can.

05｜Why is our packaging so simple? 📦

Our simple packaging is intentional.
Beautiful packaging has value, but it also adds cost.
We would rather invest as much as possible in the product itself and offer it at a fair price.

LAST｜We use Earthcare products, too. 🌱

I never require our employees to use Earthcare products.But they choose to use them anyway.
When I once asked,
“Why do you use Earthcare products?”
the answer was simple:

“Because they're good.”

We want to create products that we ourselves truly want to use — and share them with our customers.

That is Earthcare's philosophy.🍀

Hello from Earthcare Asia! 🌿

Earthcare Asia is the international division of a Japanese skincare company founded in 2000 and based in Osaka, Japan🇯🇵

We currently offer two skincare products:
💧 Aquatect Gel — a highly moisturizing gel cream formulated with an 8:2 moisture-to-oil balance. It can be applied directly after cleansing, without the need for toner or emulsion.

☘️ Double Cleansing Gel — a gentle cleanser that helps remove makeup and daily impurities while leaving the skin feeling comfortable. It can be used for both makeup removal and facial cleansing.

In Japan, our products are used by more than 20,000 customers, with a 97.8% repeat purchase rate.

In addition, 94.6% of surveyed users reported experiencing moisturizing effects from Aquatect Gel.*
(*Based on an in-house survey of 1,951 respondents conducted in January 2024.)
