Everyone asks me about lashes or the perfect lip for their big day but honestly, brows do more work than both of those combined.
They’re the first thing your eye lands on. Before the highlight, before the lips of lashes, before any of it. Get the shape right and your whole face looks lifted, your eyes look bigger, everything else just sits where it should. The look has harmony.
Get it wrong and no and there is no amount of backtracking that can fix it. People will notice something’s off, they just won’t be able to say what.
That’s why brows take me the longest to do during the glam process. The whole look is resting on how well they’re crafted for your face.

The rawest behind the scenes moment … five minutes before Alexus walks down the aisle, I genuinely didn’t know if she was going to stop 🥲
She danced all day, sang every word to the songs on her curated playlist.
Not one obvious sign of an emotional bride… until she started coming down those stairs.
I did see a lil welling in her eyes but that was expected. She did tell me she was a crier.
B U T….
Then it just came.
All at once.
Honestly, my worry was never “can I fix this.”
I’ve fixed worse in less time. My worry was “is she going to be okay before we have to send her through those doors.”🥴
That’s the part nobody talks about with this job. It’s not just makeup, it’s holding you together even for five minutes so you can walk out and nobody outside ever has to know you were holding on by a thread just minutes before.
