SAUNA / SWIM / CACAO / JOURNAL 🧘🏻♀️
We are so excited for this one, starting October off strong and boy will you sleep good that evening. We will start with alternating between sea swimming and sauna use for the first 50 minutes. Followed by a cacao break filling you up with something nourishing and grounding before we move into 5 questions to help you review the previous month and dial in on the month ahead. 📝
This session is £22 per person with limited spaces, you will leave feeling empowered, invigorated and motivated about the month ahead.
A space for you to build habits that serve you and become more consistent in a gentle way. 🙏🏼

We listened, so many of our female customers are overwhelmed with not just the supplement industry but also LIFE. We wanted to find something close to a multivitamin, close to an all in one but not as overwhelming on the system as a lot of them can be, and with natural botanicals included too. We also wanted to look at absorption and quality obvs.
Daily Hero isn’t another pixie-dust multivitamin. It was formulated by three FEMALE scientists and I met the 2 founders at the Longevity Show! These are women who were stressed, overwhelmed, and tired of juggling a dozen pills just to feel like themselves. So they did what scientists do: they built something that actually worked, backed by informed dosing, not guesswork.

Protein’s not the villain here by any means but solely focusing on protein 3 times a day will catch up with you. Fibre isn’t optional. It’s the thing optimising how protein is digested inside of you.
To top up your fibre we also have h**p fibre by British H**p Co and THERA Nordic | Supplements for Gut Health daily fibre which can both be added easily to meals or shakes.
