Cancellations: sadly there has become a trend of high demand slots being booked ahead of time and then cancelled on the day of or day before clinic. This prevents others from accessing the clinic. Today alone there have been 4, last week 5.

Cancellations the day before clinic will need to stop.
This is becoming an increasing trend. As of today I will be charging for day before or day of cancellations.

2024:“Yeah yeah- I’ll sort them out next year…”
2025:”What idiot just dumped these in a bag?”
