🤍 You’ve never been here before.
So why does it feel so familiar?
You arrive at a place you’ve never been before.
A street.
A landscape.
A building.
And yet, there’s something you recognize.
You want to keep looking.
Or you want to leave.
An emotion may arise that feels much stronger
than you can explain in that moment.
You look for the reason in your current life.
But what if the memory goes further back?
During a regression, an experience from a past life
connected to a place like this may emerge.
An experience that can suddenly explain
why something you’ve never seen before
feels so familiar.
Or why a place affects you so deeply
without you understanding why.
By returning to that experience,
we can explore what may still be
affecting your current life.
🤍 Not every place you recognize is a place you’ve seen in this life.
🤍 Sometimes your reaction
feels much bigger
than what just happened.
You know it shouldn’t affect you
this deeply.
And yet, it does.
Sometimes the origin lies
much further back than you expect
- even in a past life.
With regression, we can return
to where that reaction first began
and release
what is still affecting you today,
so that what began in the past
no longer has to repeat itself
in the present.

🤍 Why are you afraid of something
you've never experienced?
Of deep water.
Of fire.
Of heights.
Of enclosed spaces.
Of a particular place.
A fear that feels very strong,
even though you don't understand
where it comes from.
You look for an explanation
in your current life.
But you can't find an event
that truly explains its intensity.
What if its origin goes much further back?
During a regression,
an experience from a past life
may emerge
in which that fear first began.
An experience that can
suddenly explain why something
you've never experienced in this life
can still feel so familiar and real.
By returning to the origin,
we can release
what still remains from that experience
and continues to affect your present life.
🤍 Not every fear begins in this lifetime.

🤍 As if you’ve met before.
You meet someone for the first time.
And yet, it doesn’t feel like a first meeting.
The voice.
The eyes.
The way they look at you.
There’s an immediate sense of familiarity.
Or, on the contrary,
an inexplicable tension,
even though there seems to be
no reason for it in the present.
During regression,
an experience from a past life
may emerge in which
you had met that person before.
As a loved one.
As a family member.
As a friend.
Or perhaps as an adversary.
And suddenly, it becomes clear
why that person evoked
such a strong reaction in you
from the very first moment.
Not every encounter begins here.
🤍 **But what did I actually want?**
Sometimes you only realize afterwards how much you’ve adapted to others.
Not because you consciously chose to, but because it happens almost automatically.
What if you once learned that adapting was necessary to feel safe, to feel accepted, or not to lose someone’s love?
The origin may lie in childhood, the prenatal period or around birth - or in a past life.
With regression, we go back to where it began, so you can let go of what is still affecting you today.

🤍 Everyone else comes first.
But what about you?
You often know exactly
what someone else needs.
You sense the atmosphere.
You notice the smallest changes.
You know what’s better to say
- and what not to say.
Maybe you simply see it
as part of who you are.
But what if, at some point, you learned
to pay such close attention to others?
Not because you consciously chose to.
But because it was important to know
how the other person was feeling.
Whether everything was okay.
Whether you were accepted.
Whether you might lose someone’s love.
Adapting to others can then become something
you do before you’ve even asked yourself
what *you* actually want.
And that’s exactly why
*setting better boundaries*
sometimes isn’t enough.
Because if this pattern has a much deeper origin,
we can go back to where it began and let it go there.
🎥 Tonight I’ll talk about this in my new video.

🤍 Deep down, you already know.
Sometimes you feel something
before you understand why.
A sense of unease around someone.
A choice that doesn’t quite feel right.
A reaction within you that keeps coming back.
Your mind searches for an explanation.
But sometimes what you feel has deeper roots
than you can consciously understand.
During regression, something may emerge
that feels unexpectedly familiar.
An experience.
A memory.
A connection you couldn’t see before.
And suddenly, you understand why
something affects you so deeply.
Not because you imagined it.
But because you recognize it.

🤍 You do everything right.
And yet you keep finding yourself back in the same place.
You understand what’s happening.
You try to respond differently.
You’ve thought about it,
worked on it,
perhaps even changed a lot already.
But that same feeling,
reaction,
or pattern
keeps coming back.
Sometimes understanding alone isn’t enough.
Because what keeps repeating today
may come from an experience
that lies much deeper
than you can consciously identify.
In your childhood.
During pregnancy or birth.
Or perhaps even before this life.
Through regression, we return to the origin
of what keeps repeating,
to release what is still affecting you
- so that it no longer keeps you trapped
in the here and now.

🤍 Sometimes the origin goes deeper.
Some feelings keep coming back.
You find yourself in similar situations again and again.
Or the same pattern keeps repeating,
no matter what you do.
Sometimes the origin may lie beyond this lifetime,
in an experience from much further back.
Through regression, you can return to the origin,
understand what is still affecting you, and release it.

🤍 You always have to be strong.
You keep going, even when you're tired.
You do what needs to be done.
You solve problems.
If someone needs you, you're there.
Even when you're the one who actually needs to stop for a while.
You say you're fine.
That you'll manage.
That it will pass.
You don't want others to worry.
You don't want to be a burden.
And asking for help doesn't come naturally to you.
So you keep going.
Maybe others see you as someone who's strong.
Someone they can always rely on.
But deep down, sometimes you just want to let your guard down.
Not always have to be the one who can handle everything.
Maybe you've been strong for so long
that it simply feels like part of who you are.
But where did all of this begin?
Sometimes the origin lies much deeper than you think -
perhaps even before this life.
When you reach the origin,
you can understand why this pattern began
and resolve what was left unresolved there,
so you can finally feel free in the here and now.
