The asymmetry is an essential part in nature, an element that often defines its beauty and perfection. Human face is asymmetrical and its uniqueness, strength and charm come from this important detail. A simple intuition that pushed Luca Pagni to propose an innovative collection, characterized by asymmetry. The first frame was Italico, unisex sunglasses with an aviator shape, followed by five othe
r exclusive models, mainly made of laser cut steel, a ductile material that evokes the large and generous volumes of plastic, while remaining ultra-light. The sunglasses collection, with its international vocation, is entirely produced in Italy, in the Veneto region, to be precise. Instead of the classic Made in Italy, each model is labeled Made in Veneto, engraved on the right temple, improving recognition and authenticity of the product. In addition, a certificate guarantees the uniqueness of the handcrafted finishes. That special touch is also expressed in the Italian Luca Pagni tribute that he wanted to do to Italian cinema, giving his creations (except Italico) titles of famous movies: La dolce vita, Amarcord, La dolce vita,Profumo di donna, Mediterraneao, La vita è bella, 8 1/2 and La grande bellezza. The glasses are fitted with tinted lenses in brown or gray and are supplied with a hard case silver. Luca Pagni, after working in the field of optics for 20 years as the owner of trendy shops in Milan, decided to create its first eyewear collection, driven by the desire to give vent to his creativity and desire to create a new style based on asymmetry. Once the project was stated, it took years of research to get a collection mixing comfort and originality, quality and fashion. His goal IS to propose models of glasses that can be gradually perceived asymmetric, thanks to the choice of gradient lenses that reveal little by little their two opposite souls: classic and eccentric.
