फ़टी एड़ियों फलों का पैक (Fruit pack)
एक केले को मसलकर इसमें 2 चम्मच जैतून का तेल मिश्रित करें। फलों के इस पैक को अपनी एड़ियों और पैरों पर अच्छे से लगाएं। लगाने के बाद इसे 15 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें। जैतून के तेल के नमी प्रदान करने वाले गुण और केले के पोषक तत्व आपकी फ़टी एड़ियों को पोषण देकर काफी हद तक ठीक कर देते हैं।

बाल झड़ना (Hair fall ) -
2 छोटे प्याज को कास कर उसका रस निकाल ले इसमें 2 चम्मच शहद मिला ले। बालो की जड़ो में 15 मिनिट के लिए लगा कर छोड़ दे। 15 मिनिट बाद शैम्पू से अच्छी तरह से धो ले।
Dandruff -
1.प्याज और शहद का रस एक बेजोड़ उपाय हे dandruff मिटने के लिए।
2. नीम की पत्तिया - नीम की पत्तियों को उबाल कर उसे छान ले। इस पानी से बाल धो ले। ये एक बहुत ही अच्छा एंटीसेप्टिक हे। क्योकि dandruff भी एक तरह का फंगस हे तो ये काफी असरदार होता हे।
कंडीशनिंग (Conditioning ) -
1. शहद का पैक - बालो को अच्छे से ब्रश करने के बाद उन पर शहद का पैक लगाये। इसके लिए 2 चम्मच शहद में 1 चम्मच गरम पानी मिला कर उसे थोडा पतला कर ले। फिर इसे एक ब्रश की सहायता से जड़ो से लेकर अंत तक लगा ले। 20 मिनिट रखने के बाद हलके गरम पानी से धो ले।
2. केला पैक - आधा केला, 1 olive oil , आधा कप दही इसे ब्लेंडर में मिक्स कर ले। अब इस पैक को आधे घंटे के लिए बालो में लगा ले। फिर हलके गरम पानी से धो ले।
