10 minutes. One simple routine. A stronger, more comfortable pregnancy. 🤰✨
You don’t need long workouts during pregnancy to stay active. Even 10 minutes of safe, pregnancy-friendly movement can help improve mobility, strength, circulation and overall well-being. 💪💙
Save this routine and come back to it whenever you need a quick movement break! 🌿
👉 Always exercise according to your trimester, fitness level and your doctor/physiotherapist’s advice.

Your body gives subtle clues before labor begins—and knowing them can help you feel more prepared, not more anxious. 🤍
✨ Early signs of labor may include:
• Baby dropping lower (lightening)
• Irregular contractions that gradually become stronger
• Passing the mucus plug or a “bloody show”
• Water breaking
• Lower back ache or period-like cramps
• Increased pelvic pressure
Remember, every pregnancy and every labor journey is unique. These signs don’t always appear in the same order, and some moms may experience only a few of them.

👇 Comment “LABOR” if you’d like my checklist on when it’s time to head to the hospital!
Think this is just a deep squat? Think again! 🤰✨
This is a supported deep squat, one of my favorite exercises to prepare the body for labor when practiced at the right stage of pregnancy and under professional guidance.
Here’s how it can help:
✔️ Improves pelvic mobility
✔️ Encourages your baby into an optimal position
✔️ Helps lengthen and relax the pelvic floor
✔️ Builds strength and endurance for labor
✔️ Uses gravity to support a more physiological birthing position
⚠️ Remember: Not every pregnancy is the same. Always consult your obstetrician and work with a qualified prenatal exercise therapist before adding this to your routine.
💬 Have you ever tried this exercise during pregnancy? Comment “SQUAT” and I’ll send you more labor-prep exercises!
📌 Save this reel for your third trimester and share it with an expecting mom who’ll thank you later. 💙
Garbhsanskar is much more than listening to mantras. 💛
It is a holistic approach to pregnancy that nurtures the mother’s body, mind, emotions, and overall wellbeing—creating a positive environment for the baby’s growth and development.
Every mindful choice you make during pregnancy matters. Small, consistent habits can make this journey healthier, calmer, and more meaningful.
✨ Nurture yourself. Nurture your baby.
💬 What does Garbhsanskar mean to you? Share your thoughts in the comments and save this reel for every mom-to-be who needs to hear this.
Your neck is working harder than you think during pregnancy. 🤍
As your baby grows, your centre of gravity shifts, your shoulders tend to round forward, and the muscles around your neck and upper back become overworked.
This gentle supported neck extension is one of my favourite relaxation exercises to:
✨ Reduce neck stiffness
✨ Ease muscle tension
✨ Improve chest opening
✨ Encourage deep breathing
✨ Help you feel lighter and more relaxed
Remember: this stretch should feel gentle and comfortable—not painful. If you have dizziness, severe neck pain, cervical instability, or any pregnancy-related concerns, perform it only after consulting your healthcare provider.
Save this reel for the days your neck feels heavy, and send it to an expecting mama who needs some relief. 💙
