Last Sunday i.e. on 31/5/2026, I was invited and had a privilege to conduct a yoga session for beginners at Hussaini Colony Masjid, Vasai West focusing on posture correction and daily habits. The experience was enriching, and I appreciate Mustafa Lokhandwala's invitation to participate. The attendees' eagerness to learn was commendable. After the end of the session we had an interaction with the group and they insisted and hope to see more frequent yoga sessions in the near future.
