65 year male was referred for hemoptysis and chest pain following ingestion of Tab Calpol(Paracetamol) 650 mg for fever, foreign body aspiration was suspected, chest x ray was normal as ORGANIC FB are radiolucent, check Bronchoscopy was done and foreign body identified in superior segment of Left Lower Lobe, it was extracted with rat tooth forcep en bloc with scope, patient stable and discharged next day
