What got us started in 2007 was a vision to enable people from every corner of the country to enjoy a bathing experience that was irresistible & indulgent. This activity is open to persons of age 18 (eighteen) years and above as on 1st January, 2025. Participation in this activity implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Participation in this activity is only applicable to Indian citizens who are currently residing in India. This activity is open only to existing Instagram and/or Facebook users having a registered account on Instagram and/ or Facebook. This activity is not open in Tamil Nadu. Any entry received from Tamil Nadu towards participation in this activity will not be considered. Participation in this activity will be treated as void wherever such activities are prohibited under local laws.
3. #FiamaGiveaway Contest begins on 6th October, 2025 at 11:45 am and ends on 7th October, 2025 at 11:45 am (“Activity Time''). Entries received before or after the Activity Time will not be considered.
4. The eligible persons who intend to participate in this activity shall reply to the question on the Amazon Story with the correct answer.
5. Each participant can submit one entry only.
6.One lucky winner who has a valid entry will win a Fiama Hamper.
7. 1 entry (lucky winner) will be selected. All comments should be relevant to the Fiama question. The lucky winner who has adhered to the norms will be rewarded with a Fiama hamper. The entries will be selected solely at the discretion of ITC Limited, and shall be final and binding to all participants.
8. Names of the lucky winners will be declared on Fiama’s Instagram Page on 10th October, 2025 on Fiama’s Instagram story where the winners will also be tagged.
9. The prizes shall be given subject to the participant providing a valid proof of identity, address and age. No additional claim(s) shall be entertained. The participants will be contacted on Instagram DM’s within 2 weeks from the date of announcement of winners in relation to the disbursement of the prizes. In the event the participant is not reachable, or he/she does not respond to the communications of ITC Limited, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the participant. If even on the third attempt, the participant does not respond, the participant’s participation in the activity will stand cancelled and the participant will become ineligible to receive the gift.
10. If the gift, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, ITC Limited reserves the right to substitute such gift with another gift of equal or greater value.
11. There is no warranty or assurance as to the quality of the gift. The actual gift may differ in size, shape, or colour as compared to the ones depicted in the communications.
12. The gifts are non-transferable and shall not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
13. ITC Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability. ITC Limited shall not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of or in respect of this activity.
14. The participant must not submit unlawful, offensive, inaccurate, misleading, abusive, pornographic, harassing, libelous, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically objectionable, disparaging or otherwise inappropriate material. The participant agrees to obtain any consents, permissions, or licences, which may be legally required to submit any material or content, and respect the privacy of others.
15. ITC Limited is not responsible for (i) any incorrect details provided by the participant and/or delay in receipt of any communication and/or non-receipt of communication for any reason whatsoever, (ii) any charges, levies, costs if incurred by the participants to participate in this activity, (iii) any comments, remarks, photographs, videos and any other content posted in relation to the activity by any participant, (iv) any loss of data due to server issues and other technical faults that may occur during real time monitoring of the submission of entries, (v) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorised access or alteration by participant or third party etc. ITC Limited, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the activity or otherwise violating these terms and conditions.
16. The entries submitted as part of the campaign are intellectual property of ITC Limited. The entries submitted may or may not be used for other promotional purposes without any notice provided to the participant. The participant represents that the entry submitted by him/her are his/her original works and does not constitute infringement of copyright or any other rights of any person.
17. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of ITC Limited, its subsidiary and affiliates and their family members are not entitled to participate in this activity.
18. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this activity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Kolkata.
