he narrative picks up with Hamza Ali Mazari (played by Ranveer Singh), an elite Indian operative also known by his real identity, Jasikirat Singh Rangi. After the death of the Lyari gang leader Rehman Dakait (Akshaye Khanna) in the first film, Hamza takes control of the syndicate to dismantle the terror network from within. Central to this web is Jameel Jamali (Rakesh Bedi), a wily and manipulative Karachi-based politician who initially appears to be a self-serving opportunist but is revealed in a major twist to be a deep-asset Indian spy who has been guiding Hamza's mission for decades. Hamza's deep-cover life is further complicated by his marriage to Jameel's daughter, Yalina Jamali (Sara Arjun), a union that was strategically engineered to cement his position in the underworld. While Hamza navigates these personal betrayals, he remains under the tactical command of Major Iqbal (Arjun Rampal) and works alongside SP Chaudhary Aslam (Sanjay Dutt), a veteran officer providing ground support in the hostile territory of Pakistan. The mission's intellectual architect is Ajay Sanyal (R. Madhavan), the Director of the Intelligence Bureau, who orchestrates "Operation Green Leaf" to financially cripple the syndicates. The film culminates in a high-stakes confrontation that forces Hamza to reconcile his duty to India with the fictional life and family he built under the shadow of the Bade Sahab, the mysterious mastermind behind the 26/11 attacks.
