Patient came with c/o discolured 11 & pain assoctiated with it. Preop xrays revelead cystic radiolucency. on further evaluation, cbct confired cyst.Endo completed followed by Apicoectomy with cyst ennucleation surgery. Thanks to Dr Hemant Baonerkar for surgical assistance.
