On 23 May 2026, at around 11:30 AM, I, Tulsi Kashyap, boarded bus number 990. While getting down from the bus, I told the bus driver to stop because the bus had not halted properly. However, he ignored my request. When I placed my hand on his shoulder and asked him to stop the bus, he became angry and said, “Get down quickly, the bus has to move.”

After that, he slapped me, abused me with foul language, and when I questioned him, he slapped me two more times and forcefully pushed me out of the bus.

The bus number is DL 51 GD 3991.
It was a blue-colored bus.
