💇 My Homemade Hair Health Laddu 🌱

If you’re looking for a simple way to add more nutrient-dense foods to your diet, try these 5-ingredient seed laddus!

Ingredients:

🌱 ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
⚫ ¼ cup black sesame
⚪ ¼ cup white sesame
🌾 ¼ cup flax seeds
🌴 ¼ cup deseeded dates

Recipe:

Add pumpkin seeds, black sesame, white sesame and flax seeds to a mixer. Pulse until coarsely crushed.

Add the deseeded dates and blend again until the mixture starts coming together.

Take small portions and roll them into laddus.

That’s it! ❤️

Why I made these for hair health 💇

Pumpkin seeds and sesame provide nutrients such as zinc, magnesium, iron and healthy fats, while flax seeds provide ALA omega-3 fatty acids and fibre. Dates add natural sweetness and help bind everything together.

It’s not a magic cure for hair fall, but it’s a delicious way to include a variety of nutrients that support overall hair and scalp health as part of a balanced diet.

Restaurant-style crispy corn without deep frying? YES! 🌽🔥

This Air Fryer Crispy Corn is crunchy, spicy and ridiculously easy to make!

Boil 2 corns for 5–7 minutes, remove the kernels and pat them completely dry. Add 2 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp cornflour, salt and pepper. Spray a little oil and mix well.

Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes. Mix/shake once, then air fry for another 5 minutes until crispy.

For the tadka, sauté onion, green chilli and capsicum in a little oil with some salt.

And here’s the important trick 👇
Let the tadka cool completely before adding the crispy corn. Keep the tadka underneath and the crispy corn on top. Don’t add the hot mixture directly to the corn, otherwise it can become soggy.

Finish with coriander, lemon juice and chaat masala. 🌽❤️

Magnum craving? Try this banana version instead!

A super easy frozen dessert that takes just a few minutes to put together.

Ingredients:

* 1 banana
* Peanut butter
* Crushed peanuts
* Dark chocolate

Method:

1. Cut the banana in half.
2. Insert an ice cream stick.
3. Spread a little peanut butter over the banana.
4. Add crushed peanuts.
5. Freeze for around 5 minutes.
6. Add melted dark chocolate if you want that Magnum-style coating.

Banana gives natural carbs and potassium, while peanuts add healthy fats, some protein and minerals. Dark chocolate brings cocoa polyphenols to the combination.

Simple ingredients, minimal effort and a seriously satisfying sweet treat.

Doodh ke upar ekdum moti aur creamy malai chahiye? 🥛🤍 Ye simple trick zaroor try karo!

Maine use kiya 1.5 litres Amul Gold milk, aur thick malai ke liye sabse important hai — milk ko sahi tareeke se cool aur rest karna.

🥛 Thick Malai Ka Easy Method

Step 1️⃣ — 1.5 litres milk ko ek wide vessel/patila mein lo aur medium flame par ek baar boil karo.

Step 2️⃣ — Jaise hi malai upar aati hui dikhe, flame off kar do.

Step 3️⃣ — Ab milk ko 30 minutes tak bina cover kiye bilkul undisturbed chhod do. Stir bilkul mat karna.

Step 4️⃣ — 30 minutes ke baad net/mesh lid se cover karo, taaki dust na aaye aur condensation ki wajah se paani milk mein wapas na tapke.

Step 5️⃣ — Ab ise 3–4 hours tak room temperature par naturally cool hone do.

Step 6️⃣ — Jab milk completely cool ho jaye, ise 8–10 hours ke liye refrigerator mein rakh do.

✨ Next morning aapki thick, creamy malai ready!

🤍 Thick Malai Ke Little Tricks

• Wide vessel use karo — surface area zyada hoga, malai bhi achhi set hogi.
• Milk ko cool hote waqt stir mat karo.
• Boiling ke turant baad cover mat karo.
• Cooling ke dauran vessel ko move na karo.
• Overnight refrigeration se malai ko achhe se set hone ka time milta hai.

Save this trick 🥛✨ Aur next time doodh ubalne ke baad ye method zaroor try karna!
