"We cannot completely avoid cords because you need to interact with people, but there are things we can do to minimize them. You can wear a green stone on the non dominant hand, on the middle finger. The middle finger is connected to the heart, so on that finger the color of that energy will go to your heart, your circulatory system and your aura. The more you wear it, the greener your aura will become. But why green? Green has a chopping effect, so when a cord comes in, since your aura is filled with green energy, it keeps breaking it out so it doesn't go far inside. Before the low vibrations annoy you, the green energy breaks them down. The cleaner your body is, the greener your aura gets and this is your natural shield; in dirty places you are not bothered any more. So if you are sensitive and you wear the green crystal long enough, you will stop being over sensitive."
