RBI Ombudsman में दोबारा शिकायत की, लेकिन 50 दिन
बाद duplicate कहकर reject कर दिया। नया पॉइंट
(subsidy) भी income certificate न देने पर reject।
Ombudsman ने सिर्फ बैंक की बात सुनी, मेरे BoB app
records और statements इग्नोर किए।
Bias rejection के बाद RTI फाइल की RBI पर।
