Clinical Case Study: Pigment Management with 530 nm 3D IPL
This retrospective case series included eight women with Fitzpatrick Skin Phototypes III–IV and pigmented lesions on the face and dorsal hands.
Following a single treatment with the Alpha System’s S-530 3D IPL applicator, overall clinical improvement ranged from 60% to 90%, including lighter pigmentation, a more even skin tone and early photorejuvenation.
Sequential imaging documented the complete skin response from melanin oxidation and micro-crust formation to natural desquamation and progressive pigment clearance. No treatment-related adverse events were reported.
The study was conducted in collaboration with Dr. Nadav Pam and Dr. Claudia Cristina Colina Carrillo, M.D., an aesthetic medicine physician and founder of Colina Clinic in Querétaro, Mexico.

This clinical case study focuses on the treatment of inflammatory acne vulgaris using the Alpha System equipped with the S-430 3D IPL applicator.
Based on real-world patient treatment in Poland, the case combines 3D quantitative imaging with dermatologist-led clinical evaluation, allowing treatment progress and clinical changes to be objectively documented.
