I'm teaching warm gravity yoga tonight at 7 ☺️ focusing on the backs of the legs , long holds in deep passive relaxing stretches to help create lasting openness and flexibility where you need it , we use a 4 - 8 breathing technique to help relax the muscles & calm your mind , as always bring your mats , towels , water etc , it is €15 , let me know asap if you can join 🌹

I just had a happy surprised response from a client this evening to hear that I take appointments up until 22.00 pm daily every day ☺️
