Perioral lines, often referred to as “smoker’s lines”, are the fine lines that develop around the mouth. They can become more noticeable with age as collagen and elastin production naturally decline, alongside factors such as repeated facial movement and sun exposure.

A biostimulating skin booster delivered using a cannula can be used to treat the perioral area with a more subtle, skin-focused approach.

Rather than simply adding volume and creating that puffy look that filler can create, biostimulating treatments are designed to support the skin’s own regenerative processes, helping to improve hydration, skin quality and the appearance of fine lines over time.

Using a cannula can allow for a controlled treatment of the area while minimising the number of skin entry points. It may also help to reduce bruising and swelling compared with multiple needle injections, although some swelling, tenderness or bruising can still occur.

We are back today after a weekend of awards and what a weekend it was. We are tired but going on the adrenaline super proud of Sinainn-Jane | SKIN & NAILS ATHLONE with her finalist award on Sunday night from the thebeautycouncilofireland awards. Sinainn never stops and puts her heart and soul into every treatment. Over the weekend we were finalist in 16 awards between us… Which leads us to Monday night……

Where we came home with 5 awards from the BIBAS and Best In Beauty Awards Ireland and what a night it was.. I’ll create a quick reel tonight to try grab some of the atmosphere.
