Why Your Skin Needs 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐦 Post-Spicule Treatment
❄️ Cooling relief: It calms the intense prickling sensation, stinging, and visible redness common after liquid microneedling.
🛡️ Barrier repair: It reinforces the skin barrier when it is micro-punctured and vulnerable from the spicules.
💧 Deep hydration: It floods the skin with moisture to prevent the severe dryness, tightness, and flaking that can happen during the shedding phase.
🌿 Accelerated healing: Key ingredients like panthenol (vitamin B5), portulaca oleracea, and rice bran extracts help soothe, reduce irritation and support skin recovery.

WEEK 4 RECAP | ONE FACE MASSAGE MOVEMENT A DAY ✨
This week we worked through the centre and upper part of the face — from the nose all the way up to the forehead and eyes.
We worked on the nose, the tissues around the nasolabial folds, released and mobilised the forehead, softened the delicate eye area, and finished with the corrugator — one of those small but very expressive muscles that can hold a surprising amount of tension.
Different areas. Different movements. But the same principle:
✨ Release tension. Restore mobility. Understand what you're touching.
And after all that deeper work, I like to finish my face massage with gentle lymphatic drainage — slowing everything down and using light, rhythmic movements to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid and help reduce temporary puffiness.
Work the tissues, release the tension… then finish gently. 🤲💚
And that's Week 4 complete! #
DAY 24 | CORRUGATOR 🤨✨
We're finishing Week 4 with a small but very expressive muscle — the corrugator supercilii.
This is one of the muscles responsible for drawing the eyebrows inwards and downwards when we frown, concentrate or squint — contributing to those familiar vertical lines between the eyebrows.
Today I'm working slowly along the muscle, using gentle kneading and stretching to release tension and encourage better movement through the brow area.
✨ If you're someone who frowns or concentrates a lot, this is definitely one not to forget. 😄
And that's Day 24 complete! Tomorrow we'll bring all six movements together for our Week 4 recap. 🤲💚
DAY 23 | EYE AREA 👁️✨
Today we're working gently around the eyes.
I started by stretching and mobilising the tissues at the outer corner of the eye, then softened the tissues around the eye area, including the inner corner where several facial structures meet.
Finally, I used gentle finger kneading underneath the eyebrow to release tension and encourage better tissue mobility through the brow and eye area.
The skin here is delicate, so this isn't about using more pressure — it’s about precision, softness and controlled movement. 🤲
✨ Sometimes a more rested, open appearance starts with releasing what feels tight.
Tomorrow, we'll focus on one small but very expressive muscle: the corrugator.
DAY 22 | FOREHEAD 🤲✨
Today we're giving the forehead some attention.
I’m using knuckling, finger kneading from the eyebrows up towards the hairline, and moving the tissues gently in opposite directions to work on tension and tissue mobility.
The forehead is an area where we use our expression muscles constantly — raising the eyebrows, concentrating, reacting and expressing emotion.
The aim isn't simply to push everything upwards. It’s to soften tension and encourage the tissues to move and glide more freely.
✨ And now that we've worked on the forehead, tomorrow we're moving down to the eye area.
DAY 21 | NASOLABIAL FOLD 🤲
Today we're working directly on the nasolabial fold.
First, gently pick up and soften the tissues along the fold, then roll the tissues outwards towards the side of the face to encourage movement through the cheek.
Nasolabial folds are a normal part of our facial anatomy and become more visible with age. The aim isn't to “erase” the fold — it's to work on tension, stiffness and tissue mobility around it.
✨ Don't just pull the face upwards. Help the tissues move freely.
DAY 20 | NOSE — PART 2 👃
Today we're working directly on the nostrils and stretching the levator labii superioris alaeque nasi — one of those small facial muscles we rarely think about.
Tension and reduced mobility here can influence how the tissues around the nose and upper lip move, including the appearance of the nasolabial area.
So today: stretch, release and mobilise. 🤲✨
Because when working on the face, even the smallest muscles matter.
DAY 19 | NOSE — PART 1 👃
We often forget that the nose has muscles too.
Today we're working around the alar part of the nasalis — the area around the wings of the nose.
These small muscles are involved in the movement of the nostrils, and like other facial muscles, the surrounding tissues can feel tight and less mobile.
Gentle massage here helps us work on tension and tissue mobility in the centre of the face, close to the beginning of the nasolabial area.
✨ Small muscle. Small area. But still part of the bigger facial picture.
WEEK 3 RECAP | ONE FACE MASSAGE MOVEMENT A DAY ✨
This week we stayed around the mouth and cheeks — small areas, but with a lot happening underneath.
We worked on the modiolus, the depressor anguli oris (DAO), the muscles and tissues around the mouth and lips, and then spent three days exploring the cheeks — finding the muscles, working deeper into areas of tension and restriction, and finally rolling and mobilising the tissues.
The message from this week?
Face massage isn't simply about pulling everything upwards.
It's about understanding what lies underneath your hands, releasing tension and helping the tissues move and glide more freely.
Six movements to add to your face massage routine. 🤲
Save this recap and practise them with me.
Week 4 starts tomorrow. 💚
DAY 18 | CHEEKS — PART 3 🤲
The last day on the cheeks — and today we're rolling the tissues.
Starting from the jawline and working upwards, this movement helps mobilise the superficial tissues and encourage better movement between the different layers of the face.
Some areas may feel soft and easy to roll, while others can feel thicker, tighter or less mobile. Take your time with those areas rather than forcing the movement.
We're not trying to physically push facial fat back into place — we're helping the tissues move and glide more freely.
✨ A face that looks heavy doesn't always need more lifting. Sometimes it needs more movement.
And that's our three days on the cheeks complete. 😊
