Enlightened Pilates

I teach to awaken curiosity, connect deeper and work in partnership with you to reach your goals.
Enlightened Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Malahide kitted out with gorgeous wood and leather Reformers, Trapeze Table, Towers, Low Chairs, Ladder Barrels and Ped-o-Pull that will allow you to experience the full Pilates Method as Joseph Pilates himself intended and designed. Pilates is not fad or quick fix, but a way to shed the shackles of poor posture, breath, and movement patterns that we all have developed over time and return the body, mind and spirit to health. Watch a child or animal do anything and you will understand the concept of natural and efficient movement. I have been teaching the Pilates Method for over 15 years from Manhattan to Dubai and have witnessed and been inspired by the changes I see in my clients everyday. Pilates is something you can continue and progress with from childhood to old age, help aid recovery from injury, or simply improve posture and balance.

WE WON!! 🏆❤️
We are absolutely thrilled to have won Best Customer Service at the Malahide Chamber Business Awards tonight!
This one means so much because Enlightened Pilates has always been about so much more than Pilates - it’s about the people who make up this wonderful little community.
To our incredible instructors - you are simply the best. Your knowledge, care and dedication are at the heart of Enlightened Pilates, and I am so lucky to work alongside you.
To our amazing clients - THANK YOU. This award belongs to all of us. ❤️
I also have to thank my mom. She passed away just before I moved to this fair island, and although she never got to see Ireland, I could have never done any of this without her love, strength and inspiration behind me. ❤️
And to Robert - my husband, my rock, chief tech advisor, builder and fixer of absolutely everything, and unwavering supporter through all the highs and lows - I couldn’t have done any of this without you. ❤️
Thank you to Malahide Chamber and our wonderful Malahide community for this recognition.
