One year ago, I made the decision to join the lovely team at Poppy & Barley and begin renting my own chair — and honestly, it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. 🤍

After years of owning and running a busy salon, chair rental has given me something incredibly valuable: more balance. I still get to do the work I love, look after my amazing clients and be creative, but I also have more time for the other things that matter to me — especially spending time with my sons.

I couldn’t have chosen a nicer salon to work from. The girls are genuinely lovely, the whole team is so supportive, and I’ve felt completely at home from the beginning.

A full year already — and I’m so grateful for this new chapter, the freedom it has given me and all the wonderful people in it. Here’s to many more. 🥂✨
