Rosses Anglers Association Charity Fundraising Competition will be held on 4th October all proceeds will go to dungloe hospital patients comfort fund and the social inclusion Centre at the Angle Dungloe, entries will be taking on the morning at dungloe marina from 10am, entry fee 30 euro, please support this worthy cause, any that wishes to make a donation can contact Robert on 0834740861 we look forward to seeing all the Anglers on Sunday morning 4th October.

We are now taking entries for the 4 man competition on saturday 10th October get your entry in early this will fill up, limited to 12 team's.

The Rosses Anglers would like to thank everyone who took part in our 3 man team competition on Saturday, calm conditions made it a challenging day for most but there is always some that seem to adapt, this time it was 3 young lads that fished with the Irish team earlier in the year, Finn Kelly, Lewis Porter, and Jacob Griffin well done lad's, 2nd place went to Michael Bonner, Declan Bonner and John James O'donnell, 3rd place was taking by Terry Kelly, John kellegher, and John Boyle, well done to all. Our next competition is our charity competition which will be held on Sunday 4th October followed by the 4 man team competition which is by far our most popular, further information will be posted shortly.

The 3 man team competition on Saturday 5th September will be starting at 11am and finishing at 5pm ,we are still taking entries, the fishing will be on Dungloe Tully and Mila all fish will be measured and photographed before being returned, soup and sandwiches at Tully boathouse afterwards. The Rosses Anglers pairs competition has been rescheduled to Saturday 25th July, fishing on Dungloe lake this ties in with the Mary From Dungloe International Festival, fishing 12-6 all fish will be measured and photographed before being returned, fish with your chosen partner 70 euro per team, limited places available, contact Ciaran Bonner 0868188818 or Robert 0834740861.

Due to the world youths competition in July we will not be running our pair's competition on the 12th July, we will reschedule to another date, sorry for any inconvenience.
