Are we designed to create or just consume ??

I have so many people I love so dearly and respect so highly that are incredibly talented, creative wonderful people and watching the glut of Al content being spewed out taking over their lives, passions and careers ...breaks my heart.... .💔

Creativity gives us flow ... "✨️

It gives us life ..💫

Gives us passions...🌙

And I hate the erosion of it being pushed by megalomaniacs....

If I see anything made by Al it is an immediate unfollow and disengage

I want to engage with people please🙏

I want to buy things directly from people that made them, sourced them and produced them....l want my nephews to have a future,I want my friends to have financial support, I want my loved ones to feel valued for what thev have produced...

Al is incredible for all of the advancements made medically and scientifically ..

but please if you want a poster made ask someone you know to draw one up...

And theres nothing wrong with getting a bit more creative ourselves?

I had something lovely happen today..... and want to share it!

I heard quiet footsteps follow me up the stairs this morning as a I came to work.......👣
. when I turned around the person behind me had a hot fresh coffee in one hand .. and a nurturing wholesome homemade lunch in the other....

for me...❤️

I have started doing a 90 day shift with the where we get little nudges from the universe to shift our perspectives ....... this practice opens us up to being more aware of the kindness of others, the generosity and the good that is in the world 🌎

This is not a person I can repay in any way because they don't actually come into the salon...

which means I am leaning into the attitude of gratitude without the ability to be able to pay it back..✨️

If this encourages, reminds or nudges anyone into being the good in the world that is enough......I hope to pay this deed of kindness forward by showing kindness to people I meet 💗
