🟠Doors are open! 🧡
Group Mentorship 2 starts Monday 12th October, and I wanted to show you exactly what we cover, because this isn’t six weeks of theory. It’s six weeks of working out your own real numbers, together.
Week 1, we find your breakeven, the number your business has to hit every week, with your own wage built in.
Week 2, we look at what you actually keep on every service, and the floor no booking should go below.
Week 3, we work out what your team truly costs, not just what’s on the payslip.
Week 4, we find the money quietly slipping away, and how to make more without raising prices.
Week 5, we set up your money pots, so VAT, tax and your wage all have a home the day money lands.
Week 6, we bring it all together into one profit plan and one number to beat.
Every week comes with its own calculator, and every Monday at 10am we meet live on Zoom to work through it side by side. That’s where the lightbulb moments happen.
It’s for small service-based business owners, salons, therapists, barbers, groomers, tutors, anyone who sells their time and skill and wants to stop guessing.
€499, or two payments of €249.50.
Spaces are limited so we keep it small.

Break-even in one line write down what a week costs you (rent, stock, bills and YOUR wage) divided by what one job leaves after VAT and product. €1,400 ÷ €35 = 40 jobs, and job 41 onwards is profit. In week one of Round 2 we work out yours from your own figures. Starts Monday 12 October. (Example figures.) LINK IN BIO
Doors are open for Round 2 of the 6-Week Business Mentorship. We start Monday 12 October: one module a week at your own pace, a live Zoom with me every Monday at 10am, calculators for your business, the WhatsApp group, and a weekly check-in I read myself. Six weeks from now you’ll know your break-even, your prices will be built from your own figures, and you’ll be paying yourself properly, finishing just before the Christmas rush. Doors close Friday 9 October at midnight. Link in bio. Not sure it’s for you? DM me and I’ll tell you straight.

🟠Open or close on the October bank holiday? Opening costs about one extra day’s wages, around €475 for three people on €18 an hour, because your team are owed extra for working it. At €35 a job, you need 14 jobs booked to come out ahead. 14 or more, open. Under 14, close and enjoy the day. (Example figures.)

🟠At €1,500 a week on card, pay-as-you-go fees at 1.69% cost you about €1,318 a year. A monthly plan can bring that down to €969, saving €349 with the same machine. And no, you can’t add a card surcharge in Ireland, so build the fee into your prices. Which plan are you on? (Example figures, check your provider.)

Do you actually know your breakeven number? Not roughly. Not “somewhere around.” The real one.
Most business owners never get shown how to work it out, so they run on a feeling instead of a fact, and wonder why a full week doesn’t always feel like a good one.
Swipe through for what actually changes once you know yours 👉
If you don’t know your number yet, let’s find it. Just the two of us, one hour, your actual numbers on the table. Link in bio to book in.

The most valuable thing an employee does never hits the till receipt it’s the client who came back. Forty regulars, eight visits a year, €50 a visit, €16,000 a year from people who return because of THEM, their chat, their hands, remembering how they like it. No ad did that, no offer, a person did, on top of the actual work. Rebooking rate is the most important number on any team member’s sheet, and it’s sitting in your booking system right now. Do you know yours? (Example figures.)
Every employee has a break-even inside their week. True cost €880, each job leaves €35, so job 25 is the line, somewhere around Wednesday afternoon. Monday to then, they’re paying for themselves. Job 26 onwards, every €35 goes straight to the business, €275 a week in a 33-job week, €13,200 a year, made while you were doing the books or the school run. The point of a team isn’t that you work less. It’s that the business earns when you’re not there. Do you know where Wednesday is for yours? (Example figures.)
