One whole year ❤️ Today I had one of those moments where I stood back and realised just how proud I am of what this little salon has become.

Like any new chapter, the first year brought plenty of learning, change and a few challenges along the way, which makes seeing Sei Bella thriving today even more special. 🤍

Since Eliza became Salon Manager and Karina became Salon Coordinator, the salon has gone from strength to strength. Karina really is the powerhouse behind Sei Bella — the organisation, care and effort she puts in behind the scenes is incredible, and together herself and Eliza make a brilliant team. ❤️

Caroline brought the most amazing energy and warmth to the salon, and our lovely apprentice Rebecca has become such a special part of the team too.

We’re also so lucky to have Dina at her nail desk and Cathy renting a chair. Although they have their own businesses, they are very much part of our Sei Bella family. 🤍

Today really got me 🥹 I walked in to see the beautiful birthday setup the girls had all chipped in and organised themselves for our clients. Seeing how much they genuinely care about the salon, our clients and each other made me so emotional.

As a business owner, you’re always thinking about what needs to be done next and sometimes forget to stop and appreciate what’s right in front of you.

Today I did. ❤️

Sei Bella is absolutely flying and I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them.
