A small upgrade at X35! ☕ The original awning has been replaced with a larger, permanent canopy to provide more shelter and extra space for the growing number of customers. We built both the original awning and the new canopy, and it’s great to see the place developing. Call in, grab a coffee and enjoy it under the new roof!

We haven’t posted anything for a while, mainly because we’ve been very busy with work. This is one of our latest projects a 20 m² garden cabin made from 100 mm wood-effect insulated sandwich panels. It’s a great way to add extra space to your garden without changing the main house perfect for a home office, hobby room, gym, guest room or simply somewhere to relax. Solid, insulated, modern and built to suit the space you have available. We’ll post some photos of the inside soon.

Another project completed ✅

This one is a 6m × 6m residential-style garden building — 36m² in total.

For this project, the customer only wanted us to complete the main structure and external metal cladding, as they will be finishing the interior themselves.

The project is now complete and ready for the next stage.

I thought I’d show you a little bit of what I do.
I build insulated steel-framed garden rooms, offices, cabins and small garden homes. I can take care of the project from the foundation and steel structure through to the roof, windows, doors and internal finishing.
I’m based in Dungarvan and cover Waterford and surrounding areas.
I’m not a big company , I prefer dealing directly with my customers, talking through the project properly and finding a solution that suits both what they need and their budget.

They say even a coach needs a coach…
Well, apparently I’ve got mine too. 😂
The only problem is, instead of counting my reps, my coach is busy taking photos, laughing at me, and asking every few minutes: “How many more?” 😅
Officially, she was in charge of my training today.
Unofficially… everyone knows who really writes whose workout plan around here. 😂
But I have to admit one thing , I couldn’t ask for better motivation. ❤️💪
