Forget ghosts and scary movies. These are things that REALLY haunt aesthetic injectors.

We love our patients, but sometimes the things you say have us fighting to keep a straight face.

All jokes aside, there’s a reason we’re particular about consultations,treatment planning, proper dosing, and aftercare.

Just because a treatment worked for your friend doesn’t mean it’s right for you. And just because you can do something doesn’t always mean you should.

And yes we still love you if you’ve said one of these.👻

Recognising that complications can happen isnt the same as accepting them casually.

There is a difference between a recognised complication of an appropriately performed treatment, and harm caused by poor assessment, poor techniques, and poor management.

A large part of treating safely is trying to
prevent them in the first place, its why im thinking about anatomy, product, placement
and what is sitting beneath my needle while im injecting.

Risk can never be reduced to zero.

So if something does happen, recognising it early, knowing what your looking at, and knowing what needs to happen next matters enormously.

Thats why i will never regard being worried about complications as a lack of confidence.

Your skin can be producing plenty of oil and still be lacking water. And sometimes, trying to “dry out” oily skin with harsh cleansers, over-exfoliating, or skipping moisturising only makes things feel worse.

The goal isn’t to strip the oil out of your skin, it’s to support hydration and your skin barrier while managing excess oil appropriately.

So if your skin somehow feels greasy and tight at the same time… yep, this might be why.

Brow Lamination: Do’s & Don’ts because good brows don’t happen by accident..

DO
Apply a nourishing brow oil daily.
Gently brush brows into place each morning.
Keep the brow area hydrated and protected.

DON’T
Touch or brush for the first 24 hours.
Get them wet,sweaty, or steamy.
Use exfoliants or retinol around the brow area.

Ignore the aftercare and your lamination won’t last it’s that simple.

Somewhere along the way, we started treating normal skin like a problem that needs to be fixed.

Pores, texture, oil, fine lines, pigmentation… your skin is a living organ, not a instagram filter.

Good skincare isn’t about having “perfect” skin, it’s about having healthy skin.
