Serum vs gel: does it matter?
Yes, but not for the reason you think. It’s not about which sounds fancier, it’s about your skin type.
· Gel formulas sit light and absorb fast: better for oily, acne-prone and rosacea skin
· Serum and cream formulas carry more moisture: kinder to dry or sensitive skin
Same active, different jacket. Pick the one your skin will actually wear.

How to introduce it: think of it like a new spice in the kitchen. You don’t tip the whole jar in on night one.
