I popped into Skechers in Wilton Shopping Centre to check out the D’Lites collection and I am loving all the different colours, prints and little details.

Of course I had to try on a few pairs… but which ones came home with me? 👀😂

And OF COURSE this is the weekend where everything is happening. Sports, appointments, work, lifts, drop-offs… the lot.

Also, huge shoutout to anyone who solo parents every day. Seriously, I don’t know how ye do it. It is no easy task and I have so much admiration for you.

And somehow myself and Andrew have been together 22 YEARS?! How are we even old enough for that? 😂

Anyway, wish me luck. If everyone is fed, collected and delivered to the right place by Monday night, I’m considering the weekend a success 😂

I was invited along to experience a taster day for their new two-day Wellness Retreat and honestly, we had SUCH a lovely day.

Pilates, breathwork, journaling, reflection, spa treatments, gourmet food and probably the most important part — lots of laughs and great company 😂🤍

It was so nice seeing so many familiar faces, switching off for a few hours and getting a little sneak peek at what the full retreat is going to be like.

2024 was the year after I opened my clinic, and if I’m being completely truthful, I felt lonely, overwhelmed and a little bit lost.

I remember questioning myself and thinking, what am I actually doing?

Then I was introduced to the 360 Salon Leadership & Management Programme with & . After a few phone calls with Caroline, I decided to invest in myself and my business — and I genuinely didn’t realise at the time just how much I would get from it.

Yes, I learned about business, systems, leadership and management, but the biggest thing for me was the community.

Being surrounded by other people in the hair and beauty industry who understood the highs, the lows and the challenges of running a business made me realise I wasn’t alone.

I made lifelong friends, had people to turn to for advice and support, and actually looked forward to going up and spending time with everyone.

And now, two years later, it really has come full 360… because I’m coming back as a mentor. 🥹

This year, I get to help, listen to and support other business owners who might be feeling exactly how I felt back in 2024.

If I can help even one person feel a little less overwhelmed, a little less alone and more confident in where they’re taking their business, then that means so much to me.

This is the third year of the 360 Leadership & Management Programme, and I’m so proud to be part of the brand-new mentorship element being introduced this year.
