Obagi Medical SPF 50 Cool Tint — I love this when I want a little more coverage for the evening without wearing a full face of makeup.
Obagi Medical Lip AM Soothe & Protect — because our lips need protecting too!
I am definitely not a makeup girly 😂 so tinted SPF is perfect for me — a little bit of coverage while still prioritising my skin.
Although I’m hoping can teach me a thing or two at her Girls Night In Masterclass 💕
For me, sun protection isn't just about preventing sunburn. It's one of the most important things we can do to protect our skin health and help prevent premature skin ageing and sun damage.
Protect first. Everything else comes after!
Feeling like your skin is suddenly looking older?

If your skin tends to flare around your period, hormonal fluctuations are often the cause but it is important to consider that there can be other contributing factors too.
Rather than jumping in with to many active ingredients to try and treat, it is important to look at why your skin is breaking out and choose the right approach for your skin.
If your adult acne has suddenly changed or become more persistent, a proper skin assessment is always good place to start.

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately…
but life has been very busy behind the scenes 🤍

A big change for our little family and a very busy few weeks of boxes, organising and settling into our new home.

As Acne Awareness Month draws to a close,
I want to talk about one of my favourite treatments for acne... chemical peels!
One question I'm often asked is, "Are all chemical peels the same?"
The answer is No!!

May was Skin Cancer Awareness Month ☀️
As May comes to a close, it's a great reminder to continue checking your skin all year round.
Knowing what is normal for your skin can help you spot changes early. The ABCDE guide is a simple way to keep an eye on your moles at home:
🔍 A – Asymmetry
🔍 B – Border irregularity
🔍 C – Colour variation
🔍 D – Diameter larger than 6mm
🔍 E – Evolving or changing over time
If you notice any new, changing, or unusual moles or skin lesions, don't ignore them. Arrange a skin check with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional.

This is what my week looked like
A busy week of nurse-led treatments focused on improving skin health, skin quality, and confidence.
