Emax using variolink light plus

Gigi terbentur dinding kolam renang. Fraktur Mahkota.

Tatalaksana


1. No treatment sampai 1 minggu dari kejadian. Krn sekitar gigi pasti fraktur dentoalveolar tipis tipis 😆.

2. Rct open akses, lead the canal access with cement

3. Use the mylar strip to prevent the prematur contact with lower tooth

4. I am using selective etch, 3m Single bond Universal, wait for with time, its mean u have to wait the dentin is ready attach and blend with the resin composite. Composite opa2, opaquer, A1 and B1 dentine forms.

5. Polisihing with Eve Twist, pink and then grey.

Kasih flow tinggi fluoride (putih) karena ada ngilu, asah minimal supaya ga ada drama sakit gigi, paling tidak warna coklat dah jadi putih langsat 😆

Pasien dari belum nikah, punya anak 1 trus 2.. Progres cakep 1 tahun lewat dikit.

Udah capek2 nge print di kaos, di like donk. 😆
