Owners International recording artist Michael Franti and former Emergency Room Nurse turned Entrepreneur Sara Agah Franti built Soulshine around the idea of ‘the joy of wellness’. A magical and open-hearted place where one can hit life’s reset button through the practice of inward and outward expressions of joy. We are a place of creativity where there is music and artwork around every corner. We want people to feel inspired to create, to express who they truly are and to be their best self. Soulshine is a boutique sound + wellness resort, located in the tropical paradise of Bali’s cultural hub, Ubud. Rooted in barefoot luxury and Rock & Roll, at Soulshine we believe it is just as important to connect to your heart on a yoga mat, as it is to let your soul soar on the dance floor, or spend time enjoying farm-to-table food grown right on location.

On September 22, Soulshine got moving with K-Barre led by Lee Gaeul ( 여행인플루언서 어텀 🍁 Lee Gaeul ), bringing together movement, music, and plenty of good vibes.
From the first pulse to the final stretch, it was the kind of day that left us feeling stronger, happier, and ready for whatever came next. 💪🌿

Step into the rice fields and experience the traditional art of rice planting, guided by local farmers who know the land from generation to generation.
It’s hands-on, a little messy, and a fun way to slow down while getting closer to the nature and culture of Bali.

What started as a piece of stone slowly became a piece of Bali. ✨
Through careful carving and countless little details, the hands of an artisan brought these figures to life, following a tradition of craftsmanship that has been part of Balinese art and culture for generations.
At Soulshine, we love the way art lives naturally within the island. It isn’t only something you visit in a gallery. You find it in the spaces around you, in the details, and in the hands of the people who continue to create it.
Today, these carvings are part of Togetherness Lounge, adding their own story to a space built around connection, creativity, and togetherness. 🌿
