Some creativity always helps. I enjoy being able to be versatile. When we start in this incredible industry we are usually pushed to one path or another. I have always stated that I want to be able to do or create anything I want. No limits. I cut this shape in Zagreb, Croatia on a trip to . Definitely one of my fondest memories was exploring a new country with friends on motorcycles and cutting hair.

Working with natural growth patterns through the crown is one of my favorite things about short hair. Here I am working pivoting sections off of the natural growth pattern increasing my elevation as I move up on the head. Men’s work is quite satisfying. It holds me technically accountable as well as very visually disciplined. A little bit goes a long way. I have a large male clientele and enjoy being able to work classically. Education is extremely important and further knowledge is always fun and exciting. If you’re an experienced hairdresser or new to the industry follow what makes you happy.
