12 years ago, I baked a cake for my daughter because nothing off the shelf felt like her.

12 years later, Sugar Me Kissery still works the same way. Every cake starts with your story.

I trained as an architect, so I design cakes the way I was taught to design buildings: concept first, then sketch, structure, and every detail planned to the millimetre. Along the way I learned from masters around the world, became an IICCT Level 2 chocolate taster, and hosted Nom Nom Kitchen on Fox.

One thing hasn't changed in 12 years. I still meet every client myself and design every piece. Nothing is passed along.

We are absolutely in love with how the natural, vibrant colours turned out on our latest Pavlova. It’s like a slice of pure summer joy! ☀️✨

The Base: Crisp meringue on the outside, marshmallowy on the inside, topped with fresh whipped cream.

The Toppings: Piled high with sweet strawberries, plump raspberries, blueberries, and mini meringues.

The Twist: A touch of bright green from fresh lime to add that perfect, zesty pop of color.
