I am a certified Massage Therapist and a licensed Physiotherapist (Costa Rica) with more than 20 years of experience in manual therapy. Massages are only to be performed on a proper massage table or Thai Mat (for Thai massages).
. Freshly washed sheets would be provided, but you can use yours as well.
. This is a professional therapeutic practice. Inappropriate (sexual) behaviour will not be tolerated.

Difference between, Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage💆🏻♂️:
Deep tissue massage is often a full-body massage rather than focusing on a specific area of the body. On the other hand, sports massage is a targeted massage approach that focuses on particular areas of the body that need healing or relief.💪
