💙Moments of our Amorgos retreat in 18-21/9/2026!

💙This retreat was a “package” of wellness, joy, yoga, dance, exploration, connection! And the whole group was ready to indulge in the experience of every single moment. Ten different women bringing their own unique story each one of them, and showing that the thread of life is always there connecting us. We just need to slow down, take a deep conscious breath and let go..

✨In stillness and silence any stuck energy can be released and new horizons get clearer to explore.

🙏🏽Although I love the whole summer season (summer vibes forever!😎🤘🏼), usually at the ending of August my mood transitions to a more contemplative vibe, ready to welcome the autumn months to come and the year ahead.

💙But now, even more, I can’t wait for September and our Elevated Reset Retreat at Aegialis Hotel & Spa ! How amazing is that!

🔥The group has been formed, the details are being arranged and we’re setting the tone for an extension of the summer!
