When I asked the fields why I was here, there was no grand reply. Just a kind of rustling that sounded like 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘺.

That’s all.
Stay long enough to hear what the land is saying.
Stay until your own body echoes back the same language.
This reciprocity steadies me. Reminds me that devotion isn’t passive.
It’s a practice of meeting the earth again and again, until we remember who we are to each other.

Contrary to what is portrayed here. I live in the city. I move through noise and errands and concrete and full days. I like it that way. The countryside isn’t my constant. It’s my returning place. My shelter when I start to fragment. The rhythm that holds me when I forget my own.

During our retreat, I led a rosemary flower essence workshop — I’ve been taking the same essence every day since. A ritual of remembering. A thread back to landing.

Sometimes remembrance is simply choosing to return. To breath, to body, to earth. To the parts of you that know how to root.
