Our son Rasul is 9 years old. We are from Kazakhstan.

6 months ago Rasul underwent transplantation of his own stem cells from the bone marrow for autism and developmental delay correction at the Mardaleishvili clinic in Georgia.

I am Marina, the mother of a special boy Demian, he is 5 years old. We live in Latvia.

Five month ago, Demian underwent transplantation of his own stem cells to correct autism at the Mardaleishvili clinic in Georgia.
During these 5 months, Demian has made significant progress in development. The first thing we got from the transplantation is the ability to use the toilet. Literally 3-4 days after the procedure, Demian learned to use the toilet, removed the pampers, which we have been trying to achieve for 2 long years.

The understanding of addressed speech improved twice. Previously, he did not respond to our requests (come here; take off your pants; turn down the volume on the phone), now, he fulfills almost all requests.

Demian seemed to have matured, become more independent, learned to inform his desires to us. He allows to brush his teeth, daytime sleep is corrected, before, it was difficult for him to fall asleep.

All experts note that Demian has become more diligent and attentive. Studying and new skills are given to him much easier, he learned how to assemble puzzles, a pyramid, all this did not work out before the transplantation. Demian learned the alphabet, puts words together. Now we are trying to learn the numbers.

Im August 2022 unterzog er sich einer Transplantation seiner eigenen Stammzellen aus dem Knochenmark in der Mardaleishvili Clinic in Georgien.

Nach der Transplantation haben wir echte Fortschritte in Andre bemerkt; seine Sprachfähigkeit verbesserte sich - er begann, komplexere Sätze zu bilden und einen größeren Wortschatz zu verwenden.

Sein Verständnis der gesprochenen Sprache hat sich verbessert; früher reagierte er nicht auf Fragen, aber jetzt antwortet er und stellt sogar selbst Fragen.

Andre wurde kontaktfreudiger - zuvor war er eher zurückhaltend. Vor der Transplantation spielte er allein und ordnete alles in Reihen an. Jetzt hat sich sein Spielverhalten verändert; er hat Spaß an Gruppenspielen und bittet sogar andere, mit ihm zu spielen. Er begann, soziale Normen und die Bedeutung des Wortes „Bedürfnis“ zu verstehen.

Andre machte einen bedeutenden Entwicklungssprung.
In der Schule bemerkten die Lehrer eine Verbesserung seiner schulischen Leistungen. Wir waren positiv überrascht, als er die Aufnahmeprüfung für eine normale Regelschule bestand.
Andre wurde auch ruhiger – früher war er hyperaktiv und rannte ständig davon, aber jetzt ist er gehorsamer und hat gelernt, sich zu beherrschen.
Vor der Behandlung war Andre sehr wählerisch beim Essen, aber jetzt ist seine Ernährung abwechslungsreicher geworden, und er probiert gerne Neues aus.

Im April 2025 kehrten wir für eine zweite Transplantation in die Mardaleishvili-Klinik zurück, und wir hoffen auf weitere Verbesserungen des Gesundheitszustands unseres Sohnes.

During this period, we would like to highlight the following positive results.

Mekan’s immune system has improved significantly. Previously, during the winter, he often suffered from bronchitis and viral infections. This year, he has not been ill.

Mekan has become interested in other children and tries to establish contact with them. He has also started to show affection towards us and enjoys hugging.
