Creating content as a massage and intimate wax specialist can feel repetitive, and to be completely honest, when it comes to Lymphatic Drainage, I will keep repeating myself.

Before & after photos can sometimes be deceiving, so let’s talk about what you’re actually looking at here.

​In most treatment photos, oil is applied to the "after" picture to exaggerate definition. I deliberately didn't do that. At first glance, it’s easy to assume the bottom photo is the final result, even I had a double take!

​Let’s break down the real science of what happened.
Bottom photo (before) Look closely at the ribs and the left hip bone area. You can see localized fluid retention and puffiness.
Top photo (after) Look at those exact same areas. There is a visible reduction in swelling, revealing clearer definition around the ribs and hip bone.

​When I first started out, Revive Renew felt like a natural choice. But as my business has grown & evolved, changing its focus, i realized that name no longer truly reflects the work I do or the experience I deliver.

There are 4 different stages of the hair growth cycle. When you shave, you interrupt each stage, meaning that when you grow your hair out for a wax, the hairs are all growing back at different times.

When we wax, we remove the hair from the root. Some hairs may already be in the Anagen (first growth) stage, which means they may not yet be visible on the surface of the skin. Because of this, those hairs can appear sooner than hairs that were in the second, third, or fourth stages of growth.

This is why persevering with your first 1–3 wax appointments is so important ✨

I never recommend only having a wax right before your holiday. Your hair needs preparation, and if you want the maximum benefits from waxing, consistency is key.

Why Manual Lymphatic drainage is recommended for conditions like Adenomyosis, Endometriosis & PCOS.

Conditions such as the above, cause inflammation which then causes bloating. This is due to lymphatic distortion in the pelvic & abdomen area. Distorted lymphatic drainage basically means, any toxins in the area cause by these conditions, is not able to exit your body correctly. Causing more inflammation, bloating & pain.
