This last year we have focused on our home, making it the home we dream of. With the project virtually complete and as 2021 arrives I have decided this year is about me and my wellness.

I am getting old. (Please don't tell anyone)
I have silly health stuff (nothing big but I need to deal)
I feel bloated and lethargic

Something has to give.

This year I have decided to try Veganuary, see what difference it makes to this (up to now) confirmed carnivore.

I am interested how my wellness changes over this month and will let you know.

Autumn is in the air tonight, and I I can feel the nights just starting to close in. Fire is lit, Daisy Dog is warming herself and I just wanted that peaceful autumn feeling as we relax before the new week begins tomorrow.

So my Autumn Peace blend of , and is just hitting the note.

A busy week next week in the (virtual) office, so it's great to just feel relaxed.this evening.

These two have been apart for a week, it's wonderful seeing them back together!

Today is a groundbreaking day (quite literally) in our house.

After months of careful planning and months of Covid enforced delays, we have finally broken ground on the extension for our home.

Now for several weeks living on a building site. I think we will be diffusing plenty of lavender before this is done, and I am placing an order for additional StressAway today!

This morning I wanted to get the tent aired out - it needs it after a night.with me sleeping in it - so I have tied the doors wide back...

Some years ago I worked in a technical support role for a major UK technology retailer. WIFI was a new technology and the company produced an advert showing users working wirelessly in different places.

We regularly received complaints from customers who saw the ad with a woman sitting in a field at the top of a hill, wondering why they couldn't do the same. (They still needed WIFI in the home or similar)

Today, through the magic of technology I am sat in a field on the top of a hill, working wirelessly on a laptop.
