Back in the day a lovely relaxing facial would be our ‘go to’ treatment to hydrate & rejuvenate our skin. How things have changed!!! It’s just so difficult to syphon through the 1000’s of treatments & products that claim they can turn back the years. My belief is that yes, there are many treatments available that will reduce lines & plump the skin, give us a radiant glow but which ones actually work & how often do you need to have them to get the best results???? It’s very much like going to the gym & eating well… consistency is the key 😍 you can cut out carbs, increase protein & hit the gym hard, the results will be amazing but for most people it’s just not sustainable. Everything in moderation & that’s the difficult bit! Our skin is the same, a consistent skincare routine at home plus monthly facials will make a huge difference to the way our skin looks & feels. Add to that a peel one month then a microneedling treatment the next & now we’re going to see results ❤️ Microneedling has been around for years but like everything there are good examples of this & not so good. It is not essential to inflame the skin for 3 days to get results.
