Welcome October 🙏🍁

A long time ago (25years!) I was a Legal PA in a big London law firm. I loved my job but I decided to retrain as a massage therapist. For a while I did both but then 20 years ago left law to do therapies. I don’t regret it, I love my therapy work. However I’m lucky the firm I worked for host an alumni event every year, I’ve only been to 4 but it reminds me of another life, London, socialising, stressful work and great times and friendships. It’s important to not regret anything it all leads us to where we are and I met my hubby at the law firm! I’ve had a very lovely day, back to clinic tomorrow!

A lovely day retreat with the amazing Gemma Sandwell together with my sister. Lots of journaling, meditation and working on myself. I’m finishing the day with a walk in the sunshine ☀️

🧘‍♂️URGENTLY NEEDED🧘

Due to a change in circumstances we are urgently looking for Volunteer Pilates, Yoga, Fitness instructors to continue our hugely popular fitness classes here at Star Throwers.

These classes are not only a gentle form of exercise for those affected by cancer, they cater for all abilities and provide a social safe space for our service users.

We are very flexible with times and days of the classes so could work around your schedule.
