Unfortunately, today we’ve had four last-minute cancellations/no-shows.

As a small business, this has a huge impact on us. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Our cancellation & deposit policy is pinned to our page. We completely understand that emergencies happen, but please give us as much notice as you can. 🤍

Millie came to us with a build-up of box red, with the goal of gradually going lighter.

This was the first colour application, carefully beginning the process of lifting through those red tones whilst keeping the condition of the hair our priority and we think Hair By Natalie Harvey did a fabulous job 👌
