Thank you for your trust in the recovery process❤️

In my opinion, a metal scraper does wonders for recovery and every runner should have one.

Anyone training for long distances makes sure they get the miles in, hit the speed work, the threshold work, the strengthening — but recovery rarely gets the same respect.

So what does metal scraping do đź‘€

• Triggers healing process

• Increases local blood flow — more circulation to the area, aiding recovery

• Reduces perceived muscle tightness & soreness — especially useful after speed/ threshold sessions

If you are unsure how to do it, book a session with me. Clinic hours available at Worsley and Chorlton.

This is how cupping helps heel pain 🦶

• Gets blood flowing to the sore area, which helps it heal faster

• Loosens tight, stuck tissue under the foot so it moves more freely

• Eases inflammation, meaning less swelling and less pain

• Calms pain signals, so relief can be felt pretty quickly after a session

better blood flow + looser tissue = a foot that can start healing properly đź’Ş

If you’ve ticked 3 or more of these, your body’s been trying to tell you something for a while now.

The good news — most of this responds really well to massage therapy. Nagging pain, stiffness, tension that won’t budge… it’s usually fixable, not just something to live with.

Drop your BINGO count below 👇 and let’s get you sorted.

Tight forearms = extra pull at both ends — elbow and wrist — every time you grip, lift, or move. Over time, that tension shows up as elbow aches (like golfer’s elbow) or wrist stiffness — sometimes both.

Think of it like a rope pulling tight in the middle, with the strain showing up at each end.

Release the forearm, and both your elbow and wrist stop taking the hit.

Comment or DM if you have tight forearms that need releasing ❤️

I know clients who have had muscle knots that sit on the shoulder for years and years and the knots just won’t budge after sessions of massage.

And this is what dry needling can do:
👍🏻Reach deep inside the trigger point
👍🏻Interrupt the pain signal
👍🏻Force a local twitch response
👍🏻Help your nervous system finally let go of the spasm

Want to give it a try? Drop me a message!

Ever had cups that just sit in one spot? Dynamic cupping takes it a step further by gliding the suctioned cups right over the skin.

Why it works wonders:
❤️Frees up tight spots: Gently stretches and separates stuck layers under the skin so you can move easier.

❤️Wakes up circulation: Brings fresh blood rushing to the area to help your muscles bounce back faster.

❤️Turns down the ache: Sends feel-good signals to your nervous system to calm down stubborn tension.

Would you try this, or does it look too intense? Let me know in the comments🫡
