After a Korean lash lift and tint I gently cleans the lashes helping remove any remaining lifting solution, tint residue and product build-up around the eyes.

This is an important step because leftover products can contribute to irritation, and thoroughly cleansing the lashes allows me to see the finished result more clearly

What about waiting 24hr before getting them wet ? 💧

It’s not quite what you might think! Getting your lashes wet won’t automatically undo your lash lift. Once the treatment has been completed, your lashes have already been lifted into their new shape. However, the first 24 hours are still an important part of your aftercare.

One of the most important steps in a Korean lash lift is the final nourishing treatment, which helps condition the lashes after lifting and tinting✨

This final step helps moisturise the lashes, improve their softness and keep them looking healthy, smooth and defined.

Although getting your lashes wet won’t necessarily reverse your lift, exposing them to water too soon may affect the longevity of your results and could contribute to dryness or damage.

To keep your lashes looking their best, I always recommend using a suitable lash conditioning serum as part of your daily aftercare routine. A tiny amount after washing your face can help keep your lashes feeling soft and nourished🤍
