The Fold Granary

Lovely feedback from the marvellous Nic from the Noisy Table Micro Bakery Bramble Bakes, and Molly from Stockfree Farming on our recent granary and farm tour day!

We plan to host another day like this in future, it’s a delight to share our work with others passionate about doing things differently 🌾❤️

We are delighted to announce that you can buy our flour from Malvern Bakehouse.

Right in the heart of Malvern, highly recommended, with fabulous breads, pastries and lovely coffee 👌🏼

Sourdough made with 80% Mariagertoba… thank you for sharing Tina Hawkes

Our flour has nothing else added to it, no synthetic fortification! We farm holistically in partnership with the land, certified organic and grown with respect for nature

You can taste it in the bread ☺️

We are absolutely thrilled to be stocking our organic heritage and wheat population flours at Greenlink Organics! Greenlink have been pioneers of the organic lifestyle in the West Midlands since way back when, they are an absolutely fantastic local and independent store, with a brilliant cafe. A pillar of the Malvern community!

You can grab our 1.5kg retail bags in the store now 🌾

Delighted to have Tina from Tina Hawkes popping up at the The Fold Artisan market this Sunday! You’ll be able to learn about our flower and buy bakes that she has made using it! There are over 75 fabulous traders of carefully curated goods and produce 👌🏼

Here’s to real bread made by independent bakers! 🌾
