Just because it’s colder, cloudy or the sun isn’t really out doesn’t mean UV rays disappear. UVA rays are around all year and can still contribute to pigmentation, premature ageing and collagen breakdown.

Especially important if you’re having treatments like microneedling, chemical peels or dermaplaning protecting your skin afterwards is just as important as the treatment itself.

So yes… SPF isn’t just a summer thing. It’s an everyday thing. 🤍

🍂 Autumn is skin repair season.

Summer is amazing… but your skin doesn’t always love it as much as you do.

More sun exposure can leave us with pigmentation, uneven tone, rougher texture, dehydration and skin that just looks a little tired.

And this is exactly why autumn is one of my favourite times to start microneedling.
